*All sales are final.
*As a small shop and family, we cannot process any returns or cancellations. But if you have any problems with your print or painting being damaged during transit, please send an email to kpsgallery@hotmail.com with photos attached within 3 days. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out and we are here to help you. We are very grateful for you enjoy our art and we appreciate for your continued love and support.
*We are trying to use Eco-Friendly shipping supplies such as envelopes, mailers, tapes and boxes.
*Each order is carefully prepared for shipping using clear cello sleeves or vellum, and shipped in a rigid envelope and large prints are rolled and inserted in a cardboard tube/box for protection.
*All orders are dispatched from Alaska.
*Stationary ( memo pads, washi tapes, stickers, calendars etc. ) and finished items will be ready to ship 2 to 5days.
*Art Mugs will be ready to ship 2~7 days.
*Each Fine Art Print is made to order. Please allow us up to 7-14 days for Paper prints and up to 14 - 21 days for Canvas, Metal prints to make sure your orders are pretty and perfect as much as we can. We check all the quality of prints individually and send it to you. Your waiting will worth. But please let us know if you need fast shipping. We will see what we can do.
